Review on πŸ’Ž Ultimate Protection: ZAGG InvisibleShield Glass Screen Protector for iPad mini/ iPad mini 3 by Jason Lockwood

Revainrating 4 out of 5

WATCH THE VIDEO BEFORE YOU APPLY!

I'm only giving this screensaver 4 stars instead of 5 because the instructions that come with it are different from the video (which the box says you should go to) ! My husband couldn't wait and applied the screensaver as soon as possible (it was evening when it was dark) and just read the included instructions. The recommendation on the packaging that directs you to their website to watch a video on how to use the item is totally absent! Well, it turned out BAD! Bubbles (air and dust) EVERYWHERE! It looked ridiculous! So I waited until I had time to apply mine and did it during the day so I had more light (believe me it REALLY makes a difference). Video. God! I'm glad I did! It's MUCH EASIER to apply as shown in the video than the instructions suggest! WHY do they have these stupid instructions for a product if it doesn't work? Anyway, I applied mine with no problems. There was some hair underneath and I was able to scrape it off with a squeegee to remove the hair and reapply it with ease! There were small blisters all over my body (there seemed to be more the next day!) but they disappeared within a week. Yes, ALL the bubbles are GONE! My husband asked me to repeat his mess and I hesitated but did. And he came to us, too, with a bunch of little blisters. also a week away! In general. If you watch the video first before you apply, the screensaver is easy. But you might worry about all the tiny bubbles. But they disappear after a few days. Both of our mini iPad screens are clean and protected! And don't forget to register the screen protectors afterwards!

Pros
  • Clean and simple: The oil-resistant coating repels natural sebum for easy maintenance and a great-looking lens.
Cons
  • Big and bulky
