The 18 inch kilt was neither too short nor too long and can be adjusted and worn around the waist or hips according to preference. It was about 1 inch above the knee at the hip and about mid-thigh at the waist. I'm 5ft 5ft, about 160. Kind of average. And I bought a size 14 but maybe I could go for a size 12 as you can adjust it with the velcro and waist straps. I can put mine on without undoing the straps or velcro. Happy Kilting!
- Such a wonderful skirt! Great color and quality too! Suitable for smaller side. Unfortunately I ended up sending it back.
