A good mop is definitely worth the price

I don't understand all the negative reviews. Sure it's not the best mop I've owned, but it's a good mop and I think it's worth the money. Despite many negative reviews, assembly was quick and easy. I don't understand a reviewer claiming to be a retired engineer that even "ER" had trouble putting it together. I think he's lying or dramatizing too much! Others broke "extremely fragileโ€ parts. To be honest, I didn't even look at the instructions, everything is so easy and most importantly, the sponge clicks into place - you just have to make sure that the twist grip is held all the way forward. The scraper/sponge attachment required a bit more effort but was easy enough to remove. But for those finding it difficult, the instruction manual even directs you to a Youtube video and if you're still having trouble, they tell you to call them on a toll-free number. They do everything they can to provide good customer service. In terms of mopping, I agree with many others that a mop/brush makes the mop too big to fit under cupboards. It's easy to put on and take off though, so I just wiped with a mop without attaching it. Perhaps the sides could be cut off with a small hacksaw if you felt the need. Just keep it where you store your mop so you can use it in special situations LIKE you do with vacuum cleaner attachments. Then you have to pull the sponge away from the bucket if you want to squeeze out more water. The sponge is soft and durable. Others say it tears easily after a few uses, so remains to be seen, but it could also be related to how rough their floors were, the size of the area, how much "elbow grease" they used, and the type of cleaning they have made solution. . they used. I only used a mop and glow solution so I didn't have any harsh chemicals. I also keep the mop in my garage to protect it from direct sunlight and the "elements". I'm 5'8" and with the mop fully extended it was a little short so I had to bend down more than I would have liked. But overall I'm happy with the mop and will continue to use it. even if I buy new sponges must what you should do with any sponge mop.
