They were easy to adjust and put on my Altra Lone Peak Mid RSM trail running shoes.They are now my staple for hiking and running in deep snow and ice.Replaced both my micro cleats and the Hilllsound crampons (which were VERY stiff for everything but a thick boot) complete. I also have a carry case for them separately. They are very flexible, light and match the shoes. It feels like you don't have a cat at all wear. The 1" tines make you feel invincible on even the toughest ice. I've used them half a dozen times so far. Aside from minor paint wear on d With red teeth, they showed no signs of wear or tarnishing. For a couple of seasons I had to replace my micro cleats every year and my Hillsound Trail crampons were never worth wearing unless absolutely necessary.
