Customer Service Ghost with broken table

I ordered TWO of these tables and the kids love them BUT one of the holes was misaligned preventing one leg from connecting properly or securely. I contacted the company, upset that it had taken over an hour to assemble and upset that I had to take it apart to return one for a replacement. I said I would like to replace the part or return both tables. I received an answer that they would send me a new table and that I didn't have to return the defective one. It was a month ago. The table hasn't arrived.
