The belt is too short (approx. 15" max). I can barely secure it with the tip of the strap. When I'm relaxed, my arm is tense. This headband seems to be better suited for women and runners with narrow shoulders. I'm neither fat nor a bodybuilder, but I occasionally weight my upper arms. Another problem is that there is no stretch. When working with the shoulder muscles, the bracelet is pulled taut if it is set taut with a relaxed arm (so that it does not slip off the elbow when the arm is relaxed). The design could be greatly improved if the strap was longer and more elastic. There doesn't seem to be a way to solve this problem. Aside from the issues with the strap, it otherwise works great for my generation. 6 iPod touches.
