I never complain about anything other than this case. It's SO smooth - when the phone vibrates, it slides off whatever surface you put it on. When you listen to music on your phone, after a few minutes it shakes off the table and falls to the floor. The case was really covered in scratches in one day. Within a week everything was riddled with cracks - literally erupted from so many hits on the floor. On the sides there is practically no bumper protection at all. The back of my iPhone was shattered when I finally removed this case and replaced it with a new one - it was MUCH worse than no case at all. Too bad if it's new, the color is nice, but what the heck! It's slippery than the iPhone itself.
