This toner is a premature disappointment. I replaced my black toner in the original drum and the computer printer does not recognize it. Now we can't print. To make sure the drum works, I answer the original blank toner and it was detected, I believe the problem is in the chip itself or the chip contact. OEM cartridges have a spring loaded chip that doesn't touch this aftermarket.
