the handle is screwed into the head at an angle. It was either drilled at an angle, or it was bent during manufacture or shipping. It's a good weight, though, and the razor itself isn't aggressive or crooked. The build and weight are excellent and the included razors are satisfactory. I feel that the faults in the razor I received are unique to my razor and others will not have the same faults. I've used it to shave my face, head, armpits, legs, and my underworlds (including the Valley of the Wind). I'm getting used to the curved razor head, but still hit me a few times. I'm keeping the razor although I was considering returning it.
