I have tried so many times to snyc my fitbit watch via website instructions, email, chat but to no avail. Finally my husband found out that if I order this sync key it works straight away. Plug your sync device into your computer port, then go to your bit icon, then go to the right side of the screen and look at 'Sync Now', click on it and everything will be synced! Then you withered all the time. My fit was losing time every month and I could never get it to fix itself with Sync! but it kept me from dreaming. In fact, I've often told Fit that this syncing is a headache because I've never been able to get it to work or connect. But thank God I broke down!
