I am 5'6" and weigh just over 200 pounds and I often shop for men's clothing. Women's clothing doesn't fit my ankles or wrists, and I'm nowhere near the tallest woman. These flannel pants are huge on me, bigger than some people would like, but I am a very large size. That's what I wanted. Includes elastic and drawstring. The cuffs tuck and fasten and I only lifted them once. When they arrived I washed them in warm water and put them in the dryer which is one of the reasons I bought them so large. I wouldn't started feeling sorry for them. The flannel is not very airy, but the fabric is dense and warm. There are pockets in the seams, big enough to put things. They had some large and large sizes that I forgot. I would buy them again.
