Insert the first and print normally. After a second attempt to print, the ink didn't work, just blank pages. I put the second cartridge in and everything worked. The next time I tried to print, the ink cartridge failed again. I don't print every day and that could be the reason, but with the HP ink cartridge I have no problems between prints. I went ahead and ordered HP cartridges.
