With liners, you can actively walk, but I would not go in for sports, cycling. When talking through the earbuds on the phone, the interlocutors hear well without interference, the connection does not disappear. But when the phone is two rooms away from the headphones (two brick walls), the sound sometimes disappears when listening to music.
The earbuds are recharged from the battery in the case.
