One star is too many! What an ENTIRE waste of money! I received the shower head and it looked good and was a good size shower head. It had 9 different settings including pause. But they forgot to include another shot. It should be listed as a setting called "Waterfall" because that's how the water flowed out of that showerhead like a waterfall! Why you might ask? Because on day two (yes I said REALLY SECOND day) when I used it while in the shower I turned the dial part of the shower head to get a different water flow option. suddenly I was holding the dial part of the shower head in one hand and the hand part in the other! Without a nozzle, a stream of water flowed down from the portable part like a waterfall! A good option if that's what you want, but I didn't, and the stinky thing came in two pieces! He was BROKEN! This was not the intended water flow option, it was received as standard due to poor quality and poor workmanship! I have no grudges against the seller of the product, except maybe they should be a little more aware of the downsides of their product line. I WILL NOT be buying any other "Plumbcraft" product again as this left a very sour and bitter taste in my mouth. Looking back I am wondering why I didn't purchase an item from the NAME brand ie Waterpik, Conair, Moen etc. I WILL request a refund from the seller/Revain as I am NOT a happy backpacker at the moment. Also, I have to go out and replace that showerhead today or else I'll be running up my water bill due to an accidental/undesirable fall from that broken Plumbcraft showerhead!
