If you're looking for a warm mist humidifier, this isn't the one for you. I bought this specifically because it is a warm mist humidifier. I open this humidifier as soon as I receive it. Everything looks great, but the warm fog doesn't work. I've tried everything, unplugging and plugging back in. I've been trying to turn it on for a couple of hours but the mist won't heat up. I contacted support through Revain and through their official website. I even called their support team but no one could help. At first they suggested I turn it off and on again, but I told them it still didn't work after trying. This was the only solution they offered me. restart machine? I suspect their support team can't even troubleshoot, which is why they offered me a $30 partial refund. This humidifier costs $75 and I only get $30. no My main issue was that the warm mist didn't work because I bought it specifically for that function. If I just need Cool Mist, there are many great Cool Mist humidifiers out there, I buy something else instead. The support team does not understand their product. Also this product is not a warm mist humidifier.
