Baker Rye Co. Sea Salt Face Scrub. Shower. With coarse sea salt and a refreshing scent, this product perfectly unclogs pores for a close, smooth shave. Compared to other physical peels, salt slowly dissolves with continued scrubbing and leaves no residue after washing off. Scoop the scrub out of the jar with your hand or a small spatula (not included). Attempting to use this stuff with your hands in the shower is far from ideal. While it wouldn't be such a big deal if you used it in the sink, the best place to wash and exfoliate your skin before you shave is in the shower, where hot water and steam will leave your pores wide open. However, I still love the scrub and the amber jar is really good. In conclusion if you are looking for a top notch pre shave scrub you wouldn't mind having it on the bathroom counter this would be the best. Possibility. However, if you mainly exfoliate in the shower, this probably isn't the best option unless you're up to the task.
