We used this feather trim to make a bird costume for one of our children. The feather trim was the exact color as the pictures, was packaged well and came undamaged. The stitching on the seam, where the feathers were bound together, was firm and well done. The feathers were high quality with little, if any, fraying. The dye used to color the feathers held fast and didn't smear or wipe off onto other materials. After cutting, the seam and stitching remained firmly in place.Overall, this was a great product that fulfilled the exact need we had. It added the perfect flair to the costume, and our daughter got third place in the city-wide costume contest. I would recommend this product for anyone with similar needs to ours.
