I've only had this case for about a week, I really like it so far. It's not as heavy and bulky as an outer box but it seems to offer good protection and of course it's a lot cheaper. I don't have a pen so can't say much about it but I like where the pen is kept, nice design. Overall the case has a great design, looks like it should last but only time will tell so I only gave it 4 stars. I think the stand feels flimsy, not sure if it will be as solid as the rest of the case. I'm glad I bought it, happy with the price. It was very easy to install on my iPad, much easier than an external box. I'll be back with an update while saying buy it you'll love it
