The sound is very clear and the person on the other end of the cable could hear clearly. The extra plastic earcups come in 3 different sizes, so if one plastic earcup doesn't fit properly there are 2 more.However, the instructions are not clear and the left/right earphone is not marked as advertised. The part that fits over the ears isn't rigid enough and I had to manually fold that part over the ears to make them fall off. Cables and connectors appear to be of good quality. Aside from the behind the ears part, this product is indeed a good buy.
