Excellent Software For Customer Management

It lets me pull my CRM data into Power BI for reports/dashboards, it's been a bit clunky from time to time (some of its functions can be slow) but we've got it working now and are able to easily track our customer service. We have also moved all sales reports over as well which was difficult before! The support is really good - they're always available when we need help with questions or issues. Nothing at this point. Good tool for business owners who want greater visibility across their organisation. I'm using it to centralise various customer related dashboards within my team, these then feed KPIs and targets for each individual member of staff and other areas too where applicable such as Marketing and PR teams' KPIs etc. The user interface is very easy to use. It's also very intuitive, which makes it easy for new users to get started without any training. The product is robust and has a good support structure. I have not found anything to dislike about this software. We are using it to create a centralised database of all our customers. This allows us to easily see who we need to contact when there is an issue with a customer's account.
