I am not getting paid or interested in this company. I get annoyed by false reviews to increase sales. I bought them after buying the "pillows" which turned out to be just pillowcases. These pillow inserts were vacuum sealed and shipped in a small (laptop sized) package. I opened them after more than a month waiting for the completion of a project with other items. These pillow inserts are soft, have no smell other than "new pillow" smell (very pleasant), fit perfectly. I use them as throw pillows so density and durability don't count. I've read other density reviews that haven't put me off buying. I would happily recommend these inserts to get the exact result I wanted. (I wouldn't choose them as a sleeping pillow.)
