I bought this compression sleeve on my doctor's recommendation to relieve pressure on my elbow tendon and joint when I do strength training and exercise. I found the size chart very accurate and when I received it it fit perfectly, I was very comfortable in it and was given full freedom of movement. I use it primarily for strength training and it particularly helps me with "pushing" movements like chest, arms and triceps. I gave it 5 stars because it works for me, was a fair price and the quality of this case looks like I'll get a lot of use out of it. I will buy another one to protect my other joints.
