This monitor appears to be good value for money. I'm a freelance artist and when a job needs to be done it needs to be done well and I need good color rendering to render and work in Photoshop. Sure, it's not a professional designer monitor, but it works well enough. I'm currently using it as my main monitor for my work from home and surpassing the previous one. I also play a bit here and there, nothing crazy. The colors are sharp and the refresh rate is high, which makes me feel like I'm cutting edge. The only drawback: although the monitor is solid, it only tilts back and forth; no height adjustment. Something to consider if you don't plan on buying an aftermarket base or monitor arm.
