Sturdy construction, no sagging after installing my old 46 inch plasma TV. Relatively easy to install, no instructions required. Supplied with gaskets and mounting screws which worked great for my application (countersunk screw holes). Wall mounting holes and TV mounts are perfectly matched. Also included are two crappy plastic spirit levels, which I haven't used, but if you don't already have a good spirit level, you probably shouldn't be. Tilt is pretty easy with the lever screws, but who changes them often? Adjusting the rotation requires loosening, repositioning, and retightening the four screws. Adjust this, as I did and other reviewers have suggested, _before_ you plug in the TV. The rotation should be one time and forget it.
