Review on WILLPOWER Countertop Bottles Glasses Storage by James Prizgint

This should be a $10 item. It was clearly a return that wasn't even checked before it was sent back. I opened the box and the screws that were thrown in the box were scattered on my counter and it was only 3 out of 4 screws. Bolts are small special bolts that wouldn't be worth picking up for the 4th. There were no instructions in the box - not so much on assembly as on the limitations of the product. Are there restrictions on the size of bottles that can be stored? Glasses? I don't know because it doesn't mean anything to me and I see no point in taking risks when the wine bottles fall out of the holder. I sent it back.
