Comes beautifully wrapped with cotton ribbon in a cotton drawstring bag contained within a sealed clear plastic bag. It is beautifully sewn/quilted. I washed it immediately following the included washing instructions (warm water, tumble dry on low heat). When I took it out of the dryer it looked amazing. The quilted circles were puffed up and it looked like it would be quite comfortable. I put it on my 60 x 80 x 13 inch queen size mattress (I measured the mattress) and disappointment set in. The elastic baseboard barely fits under the corners of the mattress. The sides are too short to tuck under the mattress. In fact, the pillow is about 2 inches shorter at the leg and on one side. Trying to compensate for the shortness all around causes the elastic to slip off the corners. This was advertised to fit a much deeper queen size mattress. I haven't slept on it yet. If it stays, I'll keep it. If it comes off, I'll send it back at Amazon's expense. Excessive shrinkage aside, these are exactly the same mattress pads that everyone had in the 1960s, except they cost about $10 back then. . The saddest part is that almost everything is now on amazon.com. Everything is not as advertised. Goods not from the specified country. They do not correspond to the declared size or quality. Revain.com used to be a very reliable site that you knew would get what it claims to be. more. Now it's no different than ebay. I think Jeff is making so much money that he doesn't care about the quality of his business anymore. I think Amazon is the right place now to look at the price and then buy from a trusted and honest seller. I AM EXTREMELY LOVED WITH THIS ALL-PRICE MATTRESS!
