If only the zippers were strong I would give this backpack 5 stars. Except for the zippers, the material and workmanship are very good. The package is light. The wheels and handle worked well. Switching from hauling to carrying a backpack was easy. I liked that I could cover the wheels when not in use so my clothes didn't touch the dirty wheels. I flew to Miami Airport with a service dog. I wanted my hands free for stairs and escalators as well as easy access to my dog to protect her. Escalators are so much more fun when you try to ride them with your dog! I packed everything I needed for the weekend in this suitcase and all items were easily accessible thanks to the design. Good choice.
