Overall I am happy with this remote control. I can work in my chair with my laptop on my lap and use the mouse with ease. There were no problems with driver installation and startup. It feels light yet sturdy in my hand. The main problem I have with this product is that the instructions are printed and illustrated very small and the manufacturer does not provide a support website or online manual. I wish there was a control panel for this mouse so I could assign functions to buttons, but this mouse is a good choice if you're happy with the layout as it's designed.
