The magnetic clamp is a bulky thing, not reliable.

Excellent price. Opt for faux leather over leather. A magnetic rivet to close the outer compartment is not a good idea. Unreliable and difficult to close in a hurry. Velcro or zipper preferred. Backpack straps would also help. It is small but needs to be carried on one shoulder rather than backpack style. So if you bend over, it becomes unwieldy. I probably wouldn't recommend it.
