This product has lasted a long time and it always removes make-up of all kinds and longevity. I have a number of micellar wipes that are less effective than pouring this onto a cotton pad and trying. Does a good job, I think that's all I have to say! I can't speak about the "moisturizing" aspect because I don't pay attention to such things, but for what it's worth, I've never felt dry or tight on my skin after using it.
