The extra pins and nuts they mentioned in the description didn't show up with the dampers but I didn't need them anyway. To remove/install I had to remove the back panel to slide the control board out of the way to reach the bottom contact, but other than that they were pretty easy to replace. Use a 1/2" socket to push the end of the pin in to push the locking pin down. Big difference to the new shock absorbers!
