The bag arrived well packaged. The quality of the leather is good, as is the stitching. The handle is just the right size for a comfortable grip. The pockets are just the right size for this type of bag. I like that the laptop bag is padded unlike other bags you see. There are two things that could be improved: the zipper, which seems a bit difficult to open, and the lining, which feels a bit cheap and not that durable. I bought this item as a gift for my brother. The bag is still fairly new so I can't say how it will hold up in the long run. All in all a good buy for the price.
