Don't Buy - No Returns! Neck too hard and too high (I'm a medium height female, 5ft 7in, if you spend part of the night on your side your head rolls into a crevice. I just had an artificial disc implanted in my cervical spine so I have Ordered three different pillows to see which would be suitable for the neck support I needed during my recovery. I missed the fine print on this pillow saying it is non-refundable.) My mistake, I assumed it was related to their sales here (it was listed as a main product sold by Revain). If you read to the end you will see that this cannot be returned if purchased here. One of the others I've ordered doesn't work for me, but they happily accept returns and issue refunds. I gave them a good rating because although it didn't work for me, it was a well made pillow, with excellent features but too hard in places for my liking.
