Rated a 5 strictly based on the look of this product. Arrived today and looks great. It has velcro and clips in three places. I am posting a photo of the size chart, I think it will be useful for future buyers. My terrier mix weighs about 13.5 pounds. I took a small one just in case - it looks a little loose so let's see how it floats. I'll come back later to update my review once we've tested it!
