The only measure of the skewer that is convenient to use.

I've tried "hole" style spaghetti gauges and they're just a mess to use. Please note this is not the only demo video showing how to use one of these devices, starting with a box of pasta? This device works and works great: 1) Cover the hole with your palm and tilt down. 2) Shake gently to fill the spaghetti hole. 3) Take the spaghetti and flip them back. 4) Take out the measured amount of spaghetti. Very simple, no mess, easy to use. I highly recommend.
