Great solution for boots and shoes in the garage
I needed a way to store my boots and shoes in the garage as they were stacked on the floor at the bottom of the stairs. We have the occasional scorpion, mouse and other critters that seem to enjoy hiding in their boots on the ground. It was a great way to store my boots and shoes against the garage wall in a "streamlined" space. The heels of my boots and shoes fit perfectly on the shelves, and the front of the shoe stuck out. I know the shelves aren't really meant for shoes/boots, I'm happy with their fit. I wasn't thrilled with some of the hardware (the drywall anchors were a bit wider and made quite a big hole, I was able to get that to work.
