This item has NO lining at all. It's just mesh with sequins and beads, which is a little disappointing. I'll probably wear it, but it won't last more than a pair of socks, and I doubt it can be washed more than once or twice, even by hand. If you want to use something once or twice and it's not a chilly evening, that's fine. It looks cheap in my opinion, so you're not really getting a bargain with it. I know there are people who liked it because I read the reviews but I'm not one of them. I am sorry.
