It helps add volume to my hair without having to backcomb it or use hairspray. I use baby small powder puffs - NOT a full pump and it's perfect for my roots to give me volume and texture. I have no problem with extensions - when you do extensions you are A.) using A LOT at a time and B.) washing your hair poorly or not often enough. I also have no issues with breakage or anything like that after using this product. In fact, most of the time I only use it on the roots and aragon oil on the ends throughout the day. "Too much" in one area of your roots, just apply some Aragonese Oil to your fingers and it will loosen them up instantly.
