I have ordered two of these mattresses. I assembled them today and the paint chipped off during assembly. I can only imagine how quickly it will chip off with normal use by toddlers. I wasn't expecting the very best for such a cheap price but figured we'd at least use it before I started wearing it so heavily. I don't think it will last very long at this rate. The instructions were simple enough but left some to the imagination, e.g. B. which holes should line up where and which end of the parts should face what, which prompted me to take it apart to rearrange it. while I was working. Each bed came with a couple of wrong screws but I managed to mix them up and everything was fine. I would end up having to contact someone to get the right hardware if all I had was a bed. So keep in mind that this is a common problem I've seen in reviews of this bed. Edit after a month of use: The lip isn't high enough to hold the mattress in place, allowing my toddlers to lift their mattresses, but we didn't have them. The problem is that they slip. . Overall it's not a bad bed but I expected a little more from it.
