TL:DRThis handbag looks very cute and elegant. However, the fabric is canvas and when I took it out of the plastic bag it immediately attracted 2 cat hairs from the ether which I immediately tore off. I'm on the verge of keeping it and definitely won't be taking it on my upcoming trip to Portugal and Spain (Barcelona! Fuck it! Pickpockets!) because it's tiny. He is currently back in his plastic bag with labels waiting for me to come home and make a decision. Cons: fabric - cotton canvas. I doubt it's as waterproof as the nylon Travelon bags. I don't test it because I can return it. For some reason I thought it would be more like nylon. And like I said before, cloth welcomes fur with open arms. Please note pet owners. he is so small Shame on me I didn't get the ruler before I personally ordered and understood it. They give measurements and we as consumers have to check these things. But what's so misleading, as another reviewer mentioned, is that he looks a lot taller in the picture with the lady. They chose a model who weighs 95 pounds and is 4 feet 11 inches tall to photograph the bag. .Maybe I need to stuff the jacket in a bag or sweater. You definitely can't put one or the other in there. Something from a normal purse fits in and that's it. Travel guide, tablet (Fire, iPad etc.) .) or bottle with water will probably not fit and certainly not a replacement shift for the evening. Nice bag for going out to eat but not for all day touring. there's a fun flap-style open pocket on one of them. He's also flexible. It's like there's no organization for cards or anything and I feel like things get stuck in it and it just gets in the way when you want to put stuff in the main interior of the bag because it doesn't fit the inside. I don't think he has those metal cables in his belt. I think it's advertised as "cut resistant" but it only appears to be thick cotton/poly fabric. I could be wrong but I won't cut the strap to find out for sure. ProsCute is like a button. The saddlebag has a classic look and the navy blue and brown leather trim is very nice. This is a good looking bag. A patch pocket on the back/exterior is great for a phone or bus ticket (when pickpockets aren't around). TWO! Inside pockets with zip. This is ideal for sketchy travel destinations. You can store your valuables not only in the main compartment with zip, but also behind another "door" of the inner pocket with zip! Nobody will go there without your knowledge. Perfect for storing money, cards and passport. Just don't steal the wallet. Conclusion I will probably send this back. I don't want to fold my purse every time I leave the house. It seems strange. I also have a lot of wallets. Includes a brown leather saddlebag of approximately the same size. do I really need another one? Anyway, I ordered a large nylon Travelon bag for my trip which I will be using. And when I come back we'll see.
