This is amazing, I use my regular toothpaste and just dip my toothbrush in Charcoal Power, brush and rinse, my teeth are definitely whiter and your mouth will feel great. I also add a teaspoon to a tablespoon of coconut oil cream and apply it to my face for 15-30 minutes. You know, from work your nose starts itching, I even put it on my neck. I'm turning 44 and trying to keep my looks. LOL I also add a tablespoon with a capful of mouthwash and a capful of rubbing alcohol to my foot bath. Soak my feet for 30 minutes, use a foot stone to remove dead skin. Feet are soft, smell so clean not to mention I feel so much better afterwards.
