Pretty but not as strong

Sorry for the sloppy picture - so I bought this to keep my senior dog from falling out of bed at night. It gets the job done and is very easy to assemble; as soon as you realize that you are not missing anything; but when you lower it and try to put it back on, one side doesn't "click" and stays upright. I had it for about 2 weeks and the problems were already starting. I have to leave it on all the time which is inconvenient when not in use.
