Quality Assurance (UPDATED)

UPDATE *****: GreenForest has done their best to fix the issue; and kept in touch with me the whole time (most companies don't). They didn't have a replacement for part C so they just sent me another whole table and it arrived quickly. The changing table is almost perfect. The table is sturdy enough to hold a large, full-size mini-fridge (that's what I bought it for) and the bottom shelf is handy too. The instructions are also clear and easy to understand. However, due to the weight of the metal legs, you will need at least 2 people to help you assemble the side panels for the first time. OLD REVIEW: This table has many questionable design and quality assurance issues. The plastic screws don't exactly fit the drilled holes on the bottom shelf (often fall out when trying to drive the screws in; it's a good idea to have a second person press another Phillips head against the top of the grommet) and some of the Holes were still plugged with wood shavings, completely blocking the grommet (you'll need a very small flat head to knock it out). But worst of all, the screw-in rubber feet screwed in poorly and didn't fit into the bottom feet. I confirmed this by switching them to other feet and the 2 didn't fit in either foot until they were wedged halfway up. I managed to kill one of them with pliers (and a lot of effort), but the last one didn't even spin after the rubber head just started spinning, regardless of the screw head. I hope the manufacturer reads this review. and quickly send replacement rubber feet, and then allocate additional funds for quality assurance in the future. My table remains unusable and very unstable until then.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
