OK so not only did I have a problem installing it, but after that I got a call from support and they sent me a new set. I waited to install others until my remote stopped working. My remote stopped working so I turned it off. Now, after just a month of very little use, maybe two hours a week, the remote has stopped working again. And no, it's not a battery, I've tried 3 times. Spend the extra money to get a better product because this one absolutely sucks. Not worth the time, effort and money. My remote stopped working so I disabled it.
