Great service and extremely helpful people working at HCL
The customer support team is amazing, they are always willing to answer any questions you may have about our account in detail! They do all their work with your consent so there's no way for them not be fully aware what kind of information will get destroyed (or even where it gets stored).
No comments here - everything I said above applies as well but more strongly when talking specifically regarding privacy issues. We were facing some legal obligations which required us to destroy devices we had used previously without leaving traces behind after use.

- Very flexible approach towards requests that require additional efforts from IT staff members while keeping costs low enough compared ot other data destruction services available online today
- Customer Support Team does its best at providing answers before getting asked by customers' employees; this makes things very easy because then both sides can focus only upon business matters instead wasting valuable resources
