Amended to 3stars for customer satisfaction of return credit. This is the neckline. looks very tattered and I received one in another color with the same quality issue. At first look I thought it looked like a scalloped edge but it was too jagged and looks terrible even when it’s stretch out around the neck. It’s too bad because it was cute otherwise. Runs a little small. Hopefully they can resolve the problem
