Review on Mehron Makeup Liquid Latex (4.5 oz) (Light Flesh) - The Perfect Solution for Durable Special Effects and Skin-like Textures by Jewel Walker

was damaged I have seen some reviews saying they did not receive the correct product. I took a chance and got myself Mehron Signature Latex. These reviews are from a few years ago so this may not be an issue anymore. This was my first experience with liquid latex and although I had watched several instructional videos it was still quite difficult to use cotton to simulate a wound. Next time I'll probably wear dentures and use this liquid latex as glue as it seems to stick very well without irritating! I guess I just couldn't move fast enough to smooth the surface before it dries. Perhaps a larger brush would have been more appropriate, but I didn't have time to search at the moment. There is a lot of product in this bottle! It has a nice consistency so it doesn't run down your face, but it doesn't take much to leave a wound. We made 4 big wounds on the face and left almost no dent on the bottle. Until it dries I can use it for many future Halloween costumes. And maybe I've perfected my technique when the bottle is empty ;)
