It takes an hour to heat up, but it works!
I like that it's portable and warms food. I don't like it when it gets hot, the room smells like a hint of melting plastic. I don't put food directly in the aluminum bowl, I use it as a container for water to steam my lunch, which I pour into a glass container. My food is ready to eat in 1 hour so it takes a while I just have to remember to turn it on an hour before lunch.
