In the past, I have bought many wireless headphones for watching TV for my elderly mother who is hard of hearing. A lot of these devices were junk and didn't connect well, broke easily due to my mother's careless handling, or just didn't sound very clean. I'm pleasantly surprised by these headphones, which appear to be of better quality than the price suggests and which connect automatically without pairing. There's a small wireless module that plugs into your TV's audio output, as well as a USB power adapter that also plugs into your TV, so you don't have to run a separate cable to the wall socket. This device is powered by a micro USB charger and comes with all the various cables and a corduroy carrying case. It took about 3 minutes to connect and set up and everything worked right away (I charged the headset overnight beforehand). . My mom has terrible hearing and this headset can be turned up! without loss of quality. It's pretty clear and cool. Best of all it only has 3 buttons, volume up and down and power so even my anti-tech mom can easily handle it on her own. I just told her to plug the headset into the micro USB charger when not in use. It was a bit tricky because she kept turning the mic the wrong way around, so USB-C would have been better, but it's still the best headset I've found for her. There's also a regular audio jack, so you can use it with a cable if you need to. In general, I am very glad that my mother is happy.
