Lasts 2 weeks before being bitten through
I bought this in mid July hoping to protect the box spring and mattress from bed bugs. I was able to sleep soundly for a couple of weeks without being bitten before waking up again to find bites all over my body here and there. I wiped it off like mosquito bites but last night I woke up itchy and checked my mattress. Nothing. And when I check the box springs, they nest OUTSIDE the case! When I looked more closely, there was a small hole that they somehow managed to bite through. The shell made them a little less active, but not for long. You have to throw away the feather. Not sure if I would buy this case again if I changed the box spring.
